This course covers the content of our “Pellet Milling” program, plus basic extrusion and other operations commonly used in the production of animal feeds.  It aims to provide attendees with information on the range of processes used in feed manufacture and how they affect pellet quality attributes.  It also covers ingredients used, and associated topics such as control of salmonella.
